After extensive public engagement, we have submitted an outline planning application for 39 new homes to the Sevenoaks District Council, under planning reference 22/02495/OUT. Our team is closely collaborating with officers to ensure the safety and acceptability of our proposal during the current review process.

If approved, our proposal will provide much-needed affordable and private housing to the local community. Our tailored approach offers unit types identified in the local housing needs study, while the remaining private units reflect the existing development pattern in the village of Leigh. Furthermore, these units will be of exceptional quality, creating opportunities for local families to take their first steps on the housing ladder.
